Quality management system
MAR d.o.o. has implemented and maintains an integrated management system for quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety. The system is continuously improved and adapted to the Company's operations and our clients' requirements.

Occupational safety
Safety of people is our absolute priority. No deadline is more important than the life and health of those who work on our sites.
- continuous training of employees on safety regulations
- mandatory use of personal protective equipment on all sites
- regular professional inspections of equipment, tools and systems
- safety plan prepared for each construction site
- cooperation with certified occupational safety and occupational medicine experts
- clear protocols for reporting hazards, injuries and incidents
Corporate governance
In 2025 MAR d.o.o. became a member of the Croatian Association for Corporate Governance. This step confirms our long-term commitment to transparent operations, clearly defined authority and responsibilities, and to raising the standards of corporate governance in Croatian construction.
