What you'll do

• strategically lead procurement processes for goods, equipment and services for all company projects
• negotiate with key suppliers on prices, discounts, payment terms and delivery conditions
• develop and maintain a database of verified suppliers and evaluate their performance
• analyse the market and follow price movements of construction materials and services
• plan procurement in line with project dynamics and financial plans
• coordinate warehouse operations (stock management, dynamics of equipment and material issuance, optimisation of warehouse processes)
• ensure the flow of information between procurement, warehouse and construction sites for timely project supply
• prepare and analyse procurement and inventory reports
• participate in project cost calculations regarding procurement prices
• lead and mentor procurement officers and warehouse staff and coordinate team work
• propose and implement improvements to procurement and warehouse processes
• collaborate with project managers, technical preparation, finance and management

What we expect

• college or university degree (economics, technical, civil engineering or related)
• at least 5 years of procurement experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the construction sector
• experience in coordinating or leading warehouse operations is a significant advantage
• knowledge of the market for construction materials and equipment
• advanced use of Excel (pivot tables, analytics, reporting)
• active knowledge of English (communication with foreign suppliers)
• developed negotiation, analytical and communication skills
• independence, proactivity and results orientation
• category B driving licence

What you'll do

• operationally lead the procurement process of goods and services for construction site needs
• prepare, send and track purchase orders
• communicate with suppliers (collecting offers, agreeing on deadlines and delivery conditions)
• monitor stock and project needs in coordination with site managers
• control incoming documentation (delivery notes, invoices, alignment with purchase orders)
• collaborate with technical preparation and accounting
• track and record the vehicle fleet (services, registrations, damage reports)
• update data in internal systems and records
• participate in optimisation of procurement costs

What we expect

• secondary, college or university degree (economics, technical or related)
• at least 1 year of work experience in procurement
• experience in the construction sector is a significant advantage
• good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• organisation, accuracy and responsibility
• developed communication and negotiation skills
• ability to work in a dynamic environment and independence at work
• category B driving licence

What you'll do

• preparation of cost calculations for offers and standardisation of items
• preparation of cost extracts for subcontractor works
• collection of supplier offers
• reconciliation of calculations, preparation of bid documents and offer authorisation
• review of public tenders and preparation of tender documentation
• finding, selecting and informing about public tenders

What we expect

• secondary, college or university degree in civil engineering
• advanced computer skills (MS Office)
• precision and analytical thinking

What you'll do

• planning, organisation and supervision of construction works on site
• coordination of all participants: subcontractors, designers, supervisors and investors
• tracking dynamics, quality of execution and adherence to deadlines
• maintaining technical and site documentation in accordance with regulations and standards
• ensuring compliance of works with project documentation and regulations
• proactive resolution of technical and organisational challenges on site
• application and monitoring of occupational health and environmental protection measures

About you

• college or university degree in civil engineering (construction)
• skilled with Excel and AutoCAD, you know the difference between .dwg and .xls
• you love order but cope when it's chaos because that's what construction sites are
• category B driving licence
• communicative, but you also know how to listen, because everyone on site has something to say

What you'll do

• organisation of works on site according to the dynamic plan
• managing workers on site
• managing, coordinating and controlling subcontractors
• planning quantities of materials and equipment for execution of works
• continuous cooperation and communication with the site engineer and other participants

Place of work: field work across the Republic of Croatia.
